Read CLAUDE.md, tasks/todo.md, and tasks/lessons.md in full.
Then confirm all steps of the session start protocol:

1. CLAUDE.md read top to bottom — confirm all sections: Build Method, Four-Step Triad, imageWithAlt, Commit Protocol, Studio Deploy, Audit Protocol, Proof-of-Work, Deviation Patterns (8 patterns), Verification Hooks (8 hooks)
2. tasks/todo.md reviewed — summarize open/pending tasks
3. tasks/lessons.md reviewed — summarize key rules and violation counts
4. State out loud: "CLAUDE.md loaded. todo.md and lessons.md reviewed. Ready."
5. Verify git hooks: confirm `.husky/commit-msg` exists AND `.husky/pre-commit` lists 11 steps — run `ls .husky/commit-msg && wc -l .husky/pre-commit` and report the output before accepting any task.

Also run: 6. git status — report any uncommitted changes from previous session 7. git log --oneline -5 — show last 5 commits for context
If uncommitted changes exist — flag them before accepting any new tasks.

Do NOT begin any work until all steps are confirmed.
