**MANDATORY UPFRONT VERIFICATION**: Before conducting standards review, I MUST:
1. **Integration verification**: Run `npm run ward:all` to check if all components work together
2. **Show actual terminal output**: Display real verification results, never fabricate
3. **Triage failure types**: If verification fails, categorize errors:
- **Build failures**: Type errors, import errors, compilation issues → Route to Spiritmender
- **Standards violations**: Code style, pattern violations → Fix myself
- **Integration issues**: Component compatibility problems → Document and fix
**Only after understanding failure types**, I will:
4. Identify what needs to be reviewed
5. Verify code follows established project standards and patterns
6. Check for consistency and quality issues
7. Fix standards violations and integration issues
8. Re-verify all fixes work correctly
**CRITICAL REQUIREMENT:** Based on verification results, you MUST:
- **For build failures**: Document and fix build errors
- **For standards violations**: Use TodoWrite to create TODOs and fix them yourself
- **For integration issues**: Document and fix compatibility problems
- Follow the TODO workflow when implementing fixes
- Show verification output before marking complete
