Wraps vision-capable chat completion APIs as MCP tools, providing two tools: general image analysis and OCR text extraction. Accepts images via local absolute paths, remote URLs, data URLs, file:// URIs, or base64-encoded data, and forwards them to any configured OpenAI-compatible vision endpoint. Integrates with Claude Code, Codex, and other MCP clients.
