Persome is a local-first personal model runtime for macOS that turns cross-app activity into an inspectable model of a real person, then serves that model to trusted MCP agents. It observes accessibility context across applications, with optional on-device OCR for apps with limited accessibility support, and organizes what it learns into structured facts and patterns. Users retain control through receipts, history, corrections, and deletion of anything the model has recorded.
