Continuum provides persistent shared memory and orchestration for AI coding agents using a local SQLite-backed vector database. Multiple agents can share knowledge, coordinate task handoffs, and avoid file editing conflicts through a standardized PLOT.md workflow. Works with Claude Code, Codex, Cline, and other MCP-compatible clients.
