Generic markdown collection server with full-text search, semantic vector search, frontmatter indexing, and incremental reindexing
Indexes directories of markdown files (Obsidian vaults, docs folders, Zettelkasten) and exposes search, read, write, and edit tools. Features SQLite FTS5 with BM25 scoring, semantic vector search via FastEmbed/Ollama/OpenAI, hybrid reciprocal rank fusion, YAML frontmatter indexing, incremental hash-based reindexing, git auto-commit, and OIDC authentication for HTTP deployments.
