This Skills MCP Server brings Claude's Skills pattern to any MCP-compatible agent by providing a registry system for organizing and accessing specialized expertise packages. Built with TypeScript and featuring automatic skill discovery through file system scanning, it exposes tools for listing available skills and retrieving complete skill content including instructions, references, scripts, and assets. Skills are structured as directories containing SKILL.md files with YAML frontmatter for metadata, and the server handles validation, caching, and staleness detection to ensure fresh content delivery.
