Agent Reachout

Agent Reachout is a notification system that enables AI assistants to communicate with users through Telegram when they need input or want to report progress. The server provides tools for sending messages, waiting for responses, continuing conversations, and sending one-way notifications, with built-in conversation state management and timeout handling. It includes Claude Code plugin hooks that automatically intercept user questions and redirect them to Telegram, allowing users to respond from their mobile devices instead of being tied to the terminal. Particularly useful for long-running tasks, deployment monitoring, or when users need to provide input while away from their computer.
