Control your real Chrome browser through AI using the Chrome DevTools Protocol.
BYOB (Bring Your Own Browser) enables AI coding assistants to control an existing Chrome browser instance via the Chrome DevTools Protocol and Native Messaging. Agents can navigate pages, read text and HTML, click and type, capture screenshots, extract tables and network traffic, and export cookies. The server uses a monorepo architecture with separate packages for the MCP server, Chrome extension, and bridge component. JavaScript execution is disabled by default for security.
