Reef is a signed supply chain and security layer for AI agent fleets using MCP. It provides Atlas (a signed MCP server registry with cryptographic verification), Forge (a policy compiler converting English rules to signed YAML bundles), Lobster Trap edge proxy integration with four enforcement actions, and Quote (an insurance artifact generator). Blocks four named attack classes including MCP-RCE and EchoLeak with reproducible test cases.
