Hybrid markdown search (BM25 + vector + LLM rerank) with an AWS Bedrock embedding backend. Fork of @tobilu/qmd that swaps the on-device embedder for Bedrock titan-embed-text-v2, eliminating CPU-bound local inference and making per-chunk embedding ~200× faster.
