Atlas Runner is the runtime layer for headless Claude work. Point it at a prompt file or a YAML chain spec — it runs claude -p with the right flags, captures stream-json into 8 structured log layers, shows a live TUI, and gates between chained prompts. Two surfaces share one core: a bash CLI for shell workflows, a Python package for Claude Agent SDK composition.
