Anti-hallucination tooling for Claude Code — verify-first + SCOPE & FIDELITY discipline (do the asked thing simply; no over-engineering) plus mechanical guards: api-guard blocks fabricated stdlib/builtin APIs in code (opt-in 3rd-party), git-guard blocks AI self-credit in commits and gh PR/issue bodies. Includes an opt-in mcp-reaper companion (macOS + Linux) that kills orphaned MCP-server processes. Installable on any machine and any repo.
